In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 3 km, bus stop "Stumm Märzenklamm" 2 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 3.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, bathing lake 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, mountain railway 10 km, gondola lift 4 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 59 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski-Optimal-Hochzillertal 1.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlitterer See 18 km. Hiking paths: ab Haus. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Sonnigs Platzl", 3-room apartment 75 m2, on the ground floor. Very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV (flat screen). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Large terrace. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Super Ferienwohnung

Ich kann die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt geeignet für 4-6 Personen und war top ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und Check-in und Check Out hat schnell und einfach funktioniert.

4 dagen in een zeer net huis. Schoon en oogt als nieuw. Jammer dat er geen ski schoen berging is met droger. Verder prima. Wel buiten het dorp alleen met auto te bereiken. Met veel sneeuw zullen kettingen nodig zijn.
