The holiday apartment "Steinhaus XL1" is located in Valle Aurina/Ahrntal and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a tiled stove as well as a TV. A shared washing machine can be used for a fee. Furthermore, a shared spa area with a sauna and a whirlpool is available on the property (open from 4 pm until 8 pm, registration required). A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with 2 balconies. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool, a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue, is also available for your use.

The area offers free mountain railways from May until June 2023.

12 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed for a fee. The property has a step-free interior. Please note that bathrobes and towels for the sauna cannot be provided.
