Perfect Stay

Having spent just under a week at this lovely villa, we were totally impressed by the beautiful pool, views and tranquility of the place. Inside the villa is very spacious with good sized rooms and bathrooms. There is so much room outside for dining either on the terrace or by the pool. It really is a beautiful spot. Very clean and tidy too. Also, very well located for Porto Pollensa as well as Pollensa.

We had a lovely time at the villa. A well situated villa for access to port pollensa and the old town and a good base for other trips. Lovely outdoor social space too. We really enjoyed

We had a great holiday at Martina’s place, it was in a beautiful location, great grounds and pool, and Martina was an excellent host, who was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book again.

Amazing Countryside Escape

We spent 5 nights here this summer and had an amazing time. Our host, Martina, was wonderful. Reachable, responsive, and a pleasure to interact with (from afar). We are pretty seasoned travelers, but she helped us work through anything and everything we could have ever needed. The property itself was amazing. Quaint home in the Mallroca countryside. Fantastic location, easy access to the main road, close proximity to grocery stores, beaches, etc. The decor is a great, kind of a rustic but updated vibe, in that the home has some rustic, antique(ish)-countryside furniture, combined with updated “where you need it” touches - comfortable couch, beds, functional kitchen, etc. Loved the outside space! An outside porch overlooking the pool that has a dining table area plus a smaller table surrounded by rocking chairs, and a separate outside dining area at the end of the pool, with a charcoal / grated / brick grill area and a kitchen counter space with sink. We had my family of 3 and another family of 4. Kids ages in the 10-13 range. Everyone loved it. Closet with balls, frisbee, beach umbrellas. Keyed entry to the gate and home ensured a safe feeling. AC and WiFi worked great. TV worked enough to watch some Euro 24 matches (but we weren’t there for the TV - hit a hotel if you are looking to sit in front of a TV!) After an hour of settling in, we all felt like we were home and right where we needed to be. Nothing but love for this space! Treat it kindly, we will be back!

Wir, eine sieben-köpfige Familie hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Das Grundstück ist groß, sauber und gepflegt. Das gilt auch für das Haus selbst. Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Hervorzuheben ist noch die super Betreuung durch Frau Prager während der gesamten Zeit.

Der Aufenthalt in der Finca hat uns gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig, umgeben von Feldern, ein Auto ist ein Muss. Port Pollenca ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Zimmer sind groß und die Klimaanlage funktionierte in allen Räumen sehr gut. Der Pool mit Poolhaus und Außenküche war sehr schön.Etwas lästig waren die vielen Stechmücken die mit Einbruch der Dunkelheit kamen.Mit Insektenspray bekamen wir es aber so einigermaßen in Griff.Martina als Kontaktperson war sehr nett und hilfsbereit man konnte sie immer erreichen.

Schönes Haus für eine Grossfamilie

Wir haben die Woche in dem Haus nahe Port Pollenca genossen! Der Pool war für unseren Enkel und für uns ideal, die Ruhe am Haus und der Ausblick ins Grüne sind unglaublich. Auf unsere zwei kleinen Probleme wurde unmittelbar durch einen örtlichen Betreuer reagiert.

Tolle Lage, tolles Außengelände

Das Haus war ideal aufgeteilt für mehrere Familien auch mit Kindern. Die Lage in der Nähe von Puerto Pollenca hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Und das wunderschöne Außengelände umgeben von Natur war herrlich. Es wäre schön, wenn vorher angekündigt würde, wann die Gärtner mit schweren Geräten anrücken. Das war für uns sehr überraschend und sehr laut und staubig.
