In summer and winter, ideal for a short or long stay. Animals are welcome, south facing terrace with beautiful views of the sea and vegetation. The beach and the village are within walking distance (1, 5km).

Bathroom completely renovated with washing machine, in the mezzanine two bedrooms: one with a large bed for 2 people 140 x 190 and the other with 2 single beds and desk. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 hotplates, coffee maker. In the living room is a sofa bed type click-clac; surface apartement 46 m2 + terrace of 4m2.

Nice little appartment

The Host Ms. Riek was very kind and supportive, always. Uncomplicated check in. Nice appartment with Balcony and Terasse , new bathroom incl. washing machine) in very quite neighbourhood. The beach (best beach in town!) and shops were on the bottom of the hill (10min walk, 2min drive). Overall we had a very pleasent stay with my family (3kids)!!

Hat alles soweit für meine Frau und die Kinder gepasst (während ich selbst aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht dabei sein konnte). Positiv muss die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hervorgehoben werden, die überhaupt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Das einzige was nicht als optimal empfunden wurde: Da es recht heiß war, musste man Abends die Fenster offen lassen und dann kamen die Stechmücken rein. Ein Fliegengitter könnte hier helfen...

Schönes Apartment in La Croix Valmer

ein schönes Apartment in der Nähe von La Croix Valmer. Nur 1 km zum Strand, Wandermöglichkeiten und 1 km in den Ort. Ruhig gelegen, in einer kleinen Anlage. Alles vorhanden, für einen guten Aufenthalt für 2 - 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern. Neu renoviert. Vermieterin sehr umgänglich und gute Kommunikation. Ich war bereits 4mal dort und komme sicherlich wieder.

Excellent séjour à La Croix Valmer

L'appartement est très fidèle à la description et très bien équipé. Il y a suffisamment de places pour une famille de 4. Vue sur la mer depuis le petit balcon. Nous avons apprécié de laisser la voiture et de tout faire à pieds (bonne grimpette au retour). Merci à Monika pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir !

Schönes Apartment mit Meerblick

Apartment ideal für 2-3 Erwachsene oder Eltern mit bis zu 3 Kindern. Ausstattung ist gut, es ist Alles vorhanden. Vom überdachten Balkon auch Meerblick. Zum Strand ca. 1km sowie auch in den Ortskern. Schöne Umgebung, auch zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit Vermieterin unkompliziert. Ich war bereits zuvor in der Wohnung und komme auch gerne wieder.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte, disponible et chaleureuse. Gîte bien équipé et bien situé pour les randonnées et les visites. Chambres en mezzanine ouverte sur le séjour. Nous gardons cette adresse pour d éventuels nouveaux séjours dans la région !

Ottima vacanza a LACROIX-VALMER

Appartamento molto carino, angolo cucina molto funzionale dotato di tutti gli accessori annesso al soggiorno che da su un terrazzino, bagno nuovo con lavatrice e box doccia molto spazioso, infine sul soppalco l'area notte con letto matrimoniale e accanto 3 letti singoli. L'appartamento e in un complesso immerso nel verde in zona di assoluta pace, non lontano da spiagge incantevoli. Unica mancanza l'assenza di aria condizionata. Proprietaria la Sig. Monika molto cortese e disponibile dunque consiglio a tutti una vacanza

Appartement idéalement placé

Appartement très pratique, et idealement placé. Environnement calme et reposant. Des cadeaux gourmands à l'arrivée, bien agréables. Possibilité d'aller à la plage à pied avec un peu de marche. Nous avons pu y loger à 5 sans problème et bien profiter de la région.

Die gemütlich-kleine Maisonette Wohnung

Wir haben die letzten beiden Juliwochen in dieser Wohnung verbringen dürfen. Während dieser beiden Wochen herrschten z.T. bis 39°C in Südfrankreich. In Anbetracht der fehlenden Klimaanlage (dies war uns bekannt) und der Nord-/Südausrichtung der Ferienwohnung war es trotz zwei Ventilatoren in der Wohnung doch ziemlich warm und auch durch die Nacht war es nur mässig möglich die Wohnung runterzukühlen. Ausstattung: Küche: Top Geräte, neuester Kühlschrank, GWM, komplett ausgestattet ausser paar kleinen Details: (ja ich weiss, ich jammere auf hohem Niveau) es fehlt ein Sparschäler für Gemüse und paar anständigen Messern, welche auch zum Schneiden taugen (was in Frankreich leider eine Seltenheit ist). Mobiliar: Es ist alles mehrfach vorhanden, inkl. 3 tollen und bequemen Lafuma-Liegen. Die Gartenstühle sind neu (aber unbequem), jedoch der Tisch auf dem Balkon taugt höchstens als Beistelltisch. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ist er definitiv zu klein. (Grösse ca. 60 x 100 cm) - Wir hatten dann einfach den Runden Tisch des Wohnzimmers auf den Balkon gestellt. Allgemein ist das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, funktioniert aber einwandfrei. Schlafzimmer: Für Frankreich echt komfortable Matratzen! (wir reden aus Erfahrung). Die Kinder hatten ein tolles Zimmer, in welchem Sie sich sehr wohl fühlten und auch Platz hatten! Badezimmer: Top renoviert, tolle Dusche, neue Waschmaschine. (eventuell könnte man die Bilder im Inserat noch anpassen) Wohnzimmer: Das Sofa ist auch ein Bettsofa und auch recht gut zum Schlafen geeignet. Balkon: Der Balkon ist leider etwas klein und verfügt auch nicht über eine Markise, ansonsten aber gut nutzbar. Wir haben einfach die zwei vorhandenen Sonnenschirme am Geländer fixiert. Sonstiges: Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gute Raumaufteilung, man fühlt sich nicht eingeengt. TV, Radio, Internet funktionierten perfekt! Parkplatz unmittelbar neben der Treppe Sehr nette Nachbarn! Leider ist die Terrasse auf der Eingangsseite entgegen der Meinung des Bildes, nicht privat nutzbar, sondern ein Durchgang für die beiden Wohnungen links und rechts daneben. Aussenbeleuchtung der Terrasse sowie der Treppe funktionierte leider auch nicht. (Nachts heimkommen erfordert es eine Taschenlampe für die Treppe) Fazit: im Grossen und Ganzen war es eine tolle, angenehme und bequeme kleine Ferienwohnung, welche wir durchaus mit Wehmut wieder verliessen. Absolut kompetente, freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Super tolle Lage im Barbigoua.

Cadre agréable et surtout une place réservée pour la voirure. La mer à 15 minutes à pied et 20 minutes au retour, et oui cela monte. Appartement au 1er étage par WIFI .

La Croix Valmer Les Arbousiers

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage zu Fuss ist man in 20min beim wunderschönen Strand,die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und selber kochen kann man auch. Die Nachbarwohnungen haben zum Teil Haustiere (Hunde&Katzen)das stört aber nicht.Sehr angenehme Vermieterin die ausgezeichnet Deutsch spricht. Wir haben es sehr genossen!
