Kick back and relax in this recently updated 3BR/1.5-bath cozy house 10 minutes from Mizzou! Family friendly, fast Internet, easy access to highways, shopping and restaurants. You will feel right at home with the amenities provided to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Property (duplex house) is on a spacious half acre lot. 1 dog at least 2 years old and under 50lbs is welcome. Pre-approval is required at booking.

Master Bedroom - large bedroom, memory foam king bed with attached 1/2 bath. Has a large dresser, closet and night stands on both sides of the bed and a 55-in Smart TV with Roku.

Bedroom 2 - memory foam queen bed with night stands on both sides, dresser, closet.

Bedroom 3 - Double bunk bed, twin on top of full; closet and dresser.

Bathroom 1 - 1/2 bath attached to the Master Bedroom .

Bathroom 2 - full bath, located in the hallway.

Living Area - has 2 couches, a 65-inch Smart TV with Roku stick and a desk with chair and monitor.

Kitchen - well-stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for 4. Full-size refrigerator, microwave and stove.

The neighborhood:

The house boarders a commercial zone and there are some 1-story warehouse buildings and a performing arts theater to the north (front side of the house) several hundred feet away which are not open on the weekends. There is more open space than buildings. On the other sides, there are 1 and 2-story apartments shielded by vegetation on the fence lines on the west side of the house and behind it. It's not an upscale neighborhood but we have owned and rented the property since 2013 and have not had any issues. If you are looking for a more upscale area, there might be better choices in other areas of Columbia.

The space was VERY clean. We walked about in bare feet, and our feet stayed clean. It really helped us to relax and enjoy the place. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked a few times, and found all the utensils/pots and pans we needed. Beds were quite comfortable. While we could not walk to any thing, it was a very short drive to anything we wanted or needed (by short we mean less than 15 minutes). The neighborhood was quiet at night (even though it was during the 4th of July). The only thing I would suggest is a covered outdoor seating area in the back. It would be nice to have coffee in the morning outside, or eat dinner outside.All in all, a nice place, well located. I would stay there again.
