Wooden holiday home "Bootshaus" with sauna, bathing jetty and south-facing terrace with Baltic Sea view

The "Bootshaus" holiday home, built of wood and painted in shades of grey and white, offers approximately 130 square metres of living space and can accommodate up to four people. It is situated in a prime location at the marina of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, just a few metres from the private swimming cove, and, together with the neighbouring houses, forms a harmonious ensemble in the Nordic style.

Upon entering the “Boathouse,” guests arrive in a small entryway with a coat closet and guest bathroom, which opens directly into the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with white country-style cabinetry and modern appliances.

Between the kitchen and the living room lies the open, side-entry dining room. The table seats up to eight people for shared meals or game nights.

The living room features a seating area and a fireplace. An armchair invites you to relax, and a large flat-screen TV is available for entertainment. Decorative elements highlight the home’s maritime character.

Two floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the “Bootshaus” and offer a holiday view of the wooden decks with beach chairs, as well as the marina and the Baltic Sea. The house includes its own dock with a swimming ladder.

A staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor of the “Boathouse.” One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the water and the harbour. Binoculars are available for observing nature. The second bedroom is similarly furnished but features two single beds instead of a double bed. This room also has a small balcony facing the land.

The bathroom, located between the bedrooms, is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, a sauna, a vanity with a mirror, and a toilet.

A parking space is available for guests directly in front of the house entrance. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. The property also has a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and a kayak.
