This cosy holiday rental in the centre of Prerow offers approximately 57 m² of living space for up to 4 people and one toddler (up to 3 years old) and spans the upper floor (OG) and attic (DG). The upper floor features the living area with a sofa and a small flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a dining area for four people.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. A shower room with a toilet and sink rounds out the amenities. The first bedroom upstairs is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm).
In the attic, you’ll find another bedroom with a larger double bed (180 x 200 cm), a radio, and a satellite TV. A travel cot (without bedding) and a high chair are available for small children. Additional amenities include fly screens, a bike shed, and a parking space.
The furnished south-facing balcony invites you to relax outdoors. For relaxing moments in the garden, a separate sauna house is available for shared use (hourly rental). Bedding and towels are not included in the rental price but can be rented. This non-smoking apartment is ideal for families and couples. Pets are not allowed. Free internet access via HOTSPLOTS provides additional convenience.

Note on possible additional costs:
For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge on the cleaning fee will be applied. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust the travel dates to avoid the surcharge. Please note that bookings from June through September must be as continuous as possible.

The visitor’s tax is based on the current regulations of the respective holiday destinations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
