Located in the southern part of Zell am See (Schüttdorf), restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The most beautiful excursion destinations and activities are in the immediate vicinity. Access to skiing fun at the AreitXpress on the Schmittenhöhe is only 800 meters away, and the Zell am See-Kaprun golf course is 2 kilometers away. It is 1.5 kilometers to the southernmost part of Lake Zell.

A home for a holiday

Very nice location close to the shops and supermarket. No noisy apreski Well equipped, fantastic wellness and play room for the children (and adults) Maybe a airfryer as there is no oven. But minor issue
