It is nestled in a suburb of Wittenberge near the Stepenitz River and is part of the Elbe-Brandenburg River Landscape Biosphere Reserve. <br><br>The approximately 60-square-meter holiday apartment with a separate entrance is located in the building’s former classroom. Lovingly furnished with a focus on sustainability—and minimising the use of plastic—this apartment for up to 4 people is perfectly tailored to the needs of those seeking relaxation and allows nature to take centre stage.<br><br>The apartment features a large living area with an open, well-equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a spacious dining table. There is also a separate bedroom with two single beds and an almost luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Depending on occupancy, two full-size single beds can be added to the living area. <br><br>During the summer months, guests have access to an idyllic garden area with outdoor furniture to enjoy nature and the scenery. A high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available for internet use.<br><br>Location:<br>The holiday rental is located in Breese, a suburb of Wittenberge (approx. 2 km away), and benefits from the area’s infrastructure, particularly the train connections to the two major German cities of Hamburg and Berlin, as well as beyond. The holiday rental is well connected to the Prignitz cycling network. This also provides a direct and short connection to the Elbe Cycle Route.<br>
