Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Terrible experience, couldn't stay longer than 5 minutes! Although the written description of this listing matches what we saw on the property, the photos of the "sleeping cottages" seem to be intentionally left out. If people saw photos of the real Schlafhäuschen, they would not book this place. ***The pictures you see of the apartments are NOT the same as what you are reserving.***What you are actually reserving when you stay here is an extremely small hut in the backyard with no shower/bathroom or running water. The amenities are a lie - the "toilet" is one outhouse (shared by all guests who book the tiny huts). This is incredibly misleading, because there are NO photos of the huts, the backyard, or the outhouse. The lack of amenities was not disclosed until after payment. These sleeping cottages are 75 square feet (that's only 7 square meters!!!) and dangerously hot during the summer. It was HOTTER inside the hut with ALL windows and doors open than it was outside, and it was over 30C outside that day. I consider this unsafe. The host at the front desk was incredibly rude and did not even try to accommodate us or make amends. We did not ask for any money back, and yet all he said was "Kein geld!!!!". We left immediately and had to find somewhere else to stay or else our vacation would be ruined. Extremely rude host who is running a scam, and he knows it. DO NOT stay here!
