Romantic antique furnished vacation apartment on the northern outskirts of Berlin

Our romantic holiday rental is located in a green, quiet area, surrounded by forests, fields, horse pastures, and the “Stolper Heide Golf Club” just outside Berlin.
The holiday rental was completed in November 2022. It is located in the attic of a single-family home with a separate entrance and can accommodate 3 people.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living area with an open kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, etc.), and the bathroom features a washing machine, shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
The living area features a cosy two-seater sofa and two antique armchairs facing a large flat-screen TV.
We offer internet TV, Prime, and Netflix.
We love antiques, and our home is decorated accordingly. If you enjoy a cosy atmosphere and appreciate attention to detail, you’ve come to the right place.
Due to our high-quality hardwood floors, we ask that you book this apartment without pets, and please note that our holiday rental is a non-smoking apartment.

By car, you can reach Berlin Frohnau in 11 minutes and the city centre in about 30 minutes.
Take bus 809 to reach the Hohen Neuendorf S-Bahn station in 15 minutes; from there, you can take the S-Bahn across Berlin all the way to Potsdam.

There is ample parking available on Dorfstrasse. The house is located about 30 metres from the street. The private driveway can be used for loading and unloading.

In our beautiful village of Stolpe, there is a wide selection of culinary delights. There are four restaurants in the immediate vicinity: the “Krumme Linde,” which serves classic German cuisine, and the “Almrausch,” which offers high-quality Austrian cuisine; a Thai restaurant is also set to open soon. All are within walking distance.
In addition, the village is home to the Stolper Heide Golf Club, featuring a driving range, two 18-hole courses, and a spacious clubhouse with the “Green” restaurant—which offers delightful dining and a magical view from the terrace.
