We had a lovely time on the pond, although our stay was much too short. Beautiful location and views. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable the screened room and fire pit were awesome.
We enjoyed our mini getaway and the place was clean, quaint, great location and great communication.

Adorable house in a great spot
This was a cute little place in a nice quiet spot. We enjoyed being right on the lake. The yard was a good size with a fire pit and horseshoes. The bed setup in the second room was as described, but picture was outdated. Living room furniture has changed too.
We would definitely stay here again!
Very cute private spot, kids loved the water and we enjoyed hanging on the lake in the kayaks and canoe. Place was clean and tidy but had its quirks, but so does every place. We would stay again

Thanks for staying with Pinkham Vacation Rentals! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the house and the private waterfront. We LOVE this quintessential summer cottage-it's the perfect place for a quiet getaway-and we are thrilled that you liked it too!
The place is exactly as advertised. It's clean and comfy. The canoe and kayaks were great and the private lake access is awesome. It would be great if they had laundry (and a dishwasher, but now I'm getting picky).

Inexpensive Waterfront Retreat
Good privacy. Great location. Close enough to town with easy access and far enough away from downtown tourism noise. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a couple or small family. Great lake frontage and dock. At this price point the place is a super bargain.
We traveled down to NH for a few days to show our kids where we got married and goto to story land. We loved this little cabin, it was perfect for our family. It was equipped with everything we needed, plenty of extra towels and linens. The home was very clean upon arrival and we had 0 issues during our stay.

Nice Cottage On The Lake
Kids loved the lake. They were out there everyday catching Bass, Pike and Catfish. Kids loved the Kayaks. They didn't want to leave.
Went for my wife’s birthday. The cabin was clean and well-appointed. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The pond was large with plenty of space to fish and kayak. We really enjoyed the fire pit at night and looking at the stars. A very relaxing and quiet retreat, especially for those who love nature. Would book again, thank you!
We had a great time. The views were great, and it was wonderful to be able to walk out the porch and into a canoe or kayak onto a gorgeous, quiet, serene body of water. The nights were dark and quiet. Comfortable beds, heat and hot water worked fine, a nice little gas fireplace for ambiance. And a horseshoe pitch, which was fun! Admittedly, if you're looking for luxury, this might not fit the bill. Minor concerns, overall, with screen doors or blinds or lamps that don't work very well. But we thought it was just wonderful and would stay there again!

Great little property has everything you need - little beach, dock, grill, fire pit, screened-in porch, even fishing poles! Pea Porridge Pond is quiet and peaceful - many mornings there was even a loon on the pond. Very conveniently located to lots of hiking, inside and outside the white mountains. Property was clean and communication with the rental company was easy. Recommended.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
lake side visit
upon arrival the screen to the kitchen door hanging off - so getting things in was difficult ( we couldn't have the door open due to bugs ) the inside of cottage was clean but the screen porch is a mess, screens broken, dirty stained chairs , 2 vacuum cleaners just sitting there and the sills of framing all mildewed . As I booked this I was so embarrassed. The saving grace was the view and the beach/dock and kayaks...
