Wohnung war sauber, Einrichtung sehr alt. Duschen nur für kleine Menschen im Stehen möglich und der Ofen braucht eine Ewigkeit zum Heizen. Vermieter waren sehr unkompliziert. Lage ist top. Für Reisende mit Hund muss alles selber mitgebracht werden, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm.

Werte Gäste, die Küche ist fast neu, die Ausstattung ist im Internet genau beschrieben. Für die Hunde bringen die Besitzer immer alles selber mit. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr teuer. Wer damit nicht zufrieden ist, muß eine teurere Wohnung mieten. Hochachtunsvoll Gabriele Soer

Ruhige, gemütliche Wohnung

Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und gerade zum Wandern ideal geeignet. Auch ein Spielplatz ist nicht weit entfernt. Hatten eine gute Zeit.

Einfach und solide

Die Unterkunft war sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und unkompliziert. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden diese Unterkunft auch wieder buchen.

Wohnung nutzbar, aber für einfachste Ansprüche

Wir waren mit der Suche nach einem Feriendomizil sehr spät dran und haben nur noch diese freie Wohnung Kugelhorn gefunden in Hinterstein. Der Kommentar von Arod machte mich skeptisch, aber ich dachte, ok, so schlecht wird's schon nicht sein. Leider muss ich Arod in allen Punkten - bis auf die Küche - die renoviert wurde, zustimmen. Die Wohnung ist absolut in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad und die Toilette ist völlig veraltet, hier war Überwindung nötig, um sich wohlzufühlen. Das Bett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung und die Matratzen sind mittlerweile durchgelegen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt recht dunkel, und die Lampen geben kein ausreichendes Licht. Selbst Kleinigkeiten (z.B. verschmutzter Rollo im Schlafzimmer, uralte Handbrause in der Dusche) werden nicht mal ausgetauscht. Zum Glück hatten wir ausgesprochen gutes Wetter, so dass wir uns nur recht wenig in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben. So hatten wir zum Glück einen super Urlaub.

Liebe Gäste, es freut mich, daß Sie den Aufenthalt im Haus "Dora" genossen haben. Der geschützte Balkon nach Süden zeigt die ganze fantastische Bergwelt. Die neue Küche mit Spülmaschine erleichtern die Selbstversorgung. Ich freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen mit so freundlichen, liebenswerten Gästen die Freunde werden.
