Don't judge a book by its cover

This is was a perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed. Convenient to Okemo and quiet. My son and I have stayed in plenty of other rentals in Ludlow but never in Proctorsville. We experienced a new restaurant and bakery as a eesult.

Good value property

I brought my two boys up for a ski weekend and we found the place perfect for what we needed. Three small bedrooms, a simple kitchen and a futon to watch football on. It was a little hard to find the entrance (use the door around back) but everything worked out fine once we got in.

Our stay was in July. Rooms were clean and bright and size was adequate .Neighborhood was quiet.The temperature was 88 degrees and we had to ask for an air conditioner to be installed, even though it was advertised as having air conditioning. The custodian for the company was quickly responsive. The town is VERY small, so go to Ludlow for restaurants and shops- just 10 min away. Was adequate for our needs as we were visiting family.

The process of booking with vacasa was simple and easy. They sent text approximately 24 hour before your stay with information which is nice. However, the building was very confusing to figure out which door you needed to use. The entrance was a turn off for me. Once in the space, it's a nice space besides the dead bugs on the windowsills and cobwebs.
