Holiday rental for 2–3 people in Nauders am Reschenpass in the border triangle of Austria, Switzerland, and Italy.
The holiday rental, which features access to the garden and a private terrace, is furnished with high-quality natural materials and is located in a quiet area just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre.


At the Rosenhof (just 20 metres away), guests can enjoy the wellness facilities (sauna, infrared cabin, and panoramic relaxation room) as well as the adventure farm (farm tour, helping out in the barn, pony rides—during the summer months, playground, children’s playroom, etc.) at no extra charge.

Our holiday apartment (30 m²) is ideal for couples and consists of a living room/kitchen with a cosy couch, dining area, and fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet; it was newly built in 2022. The furniture and floors, made from local woods, create a pleasant, cosy atmosphere.
The apartment has a separate entrance (accessible via an outdoor staircase).
