Kitzbuhel Wilder Kaiser

The appartment is nice and authentic. It is not close to the centre. There were no curtains in one of the bedrooms

Hi Marceline, thank for your feedback. There actually isn't entirely true. There are curtains on all of the windows. In one of the bedrooms they are white and rather thin, but until now, we haven't received any negative feedback on them. Regards, Fraser - Apartment Managers

Good for skiers not for non skiers. Due to main Road terrasse is really noisy

Appartment confort Dishes could be improved. Toilet in the bathroom is not useful...but difficult to change

Great apartment to stay while skiing Kitzbuhel

Great apartment to stay while skiing Kitzbuhel. The price for 3 of us was great value for money: right in center of cute village, few minute walk to rent skis then hop right on gondola! Magnificent. There was a small hiccup with key logistics but nothing at all to complain about. They were there in five minutes to arrival. The free parking is a wonderful 5-10 minute walk through village. I would suggest getting map from information center to show fun shortcut from Parking P4 ParkPlatz Pfarrau to Glockenspiel Apartment. The Glockenspiel Restaurant Bar downstairs was lovely for our nightly nightcap! Wonderful staff all around. I’d stay there again.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage, fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants, direkt am Bahnhof und in der Nähe der Lifte. Gute Parkbedingungen. Mit Fraser war einfach zu kommunizieren und insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und hat, was man braucht. Wie die Bilder zeigen, ist es nicht neu, aber alles ist in gutem Zustand und nutzbar. Ich kann Fraser und die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Apartment, gute Ausstattung. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das Service: Es war zunächst, trotz Anfrage, keine Nespresso Maschine vorhanden, daraufhin wurde prompt am nächsten Tag eine funkelnagelneue Nespresso geliefert! Top ! Nichts

knus appartement aan de rand van kitzbuhel

Het appartement is knus, gezellig. De bedden zijn goed. Het was schoon. 200 m van het station dus perfect voor treinreizigers. Er gaat een skibus vanaf het station. Meer limonadeglazen voor kinderen, de regendouche in de badkamer is kapot. De douche is krap. Er ligt geen trekker om de douche droog te maken. De afzuiger is de keuken maakt lawaai omdat er iets is afgebroken en de motor niet is afgesloten.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Skitage in Kitzbühel. Top Lage 200m von Lift entfernt. Auch Supermärkte und die Innenstadt sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Beschreibung entsprechend. Fraser ist ein seriöser und kompetenter Host, welcher schnell auf Anliegen und Fragen antwortet. Empfehlungen für ein Abendessen Ort sehr gut. Vielen Dank!

Quaint 2 bedroom apartment just on the edge of town

Comfortable sitting area with smart TV was great for relaxation days. Fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, microwave, etc...Really convenient, free parking. Easy communication via whatsapp for questions, etc... It took several hours for the apartment to heat up so maybe turning on the radiators prior to check in would be a nice touch. Also, providing a small amount of coffee, tea, staples like sugar/oil/salt/pepper would be great. There was white dog hair on the couch and we found clothing and some trash left behind by previous guests in the furniture. Add some small toiletries and a hair blowdryer as most people don't travel with these items.
