Martina’s apartment was great! Great price, service, and very clean. The location is a bit uphill from the rest of town and ski slopes so using the bus system is required, especially if carrying ski equipment.

Family holiday in Dolomites

Our family of five stayed at this apartment in Ortisei and we would recommend to other families hiking in the Dolomites. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed during our three night stay. The apartment was clean and easily accommodated the five of us, two adults and three kids. The check in process was smooth and Martina did a great job meeting with us and answering all our questions about the area. She even provided five bus passes to connect us with a free way to get to town. The apartment had great wi-fi and indoor parking was provided underneath the building. We did have a car, which was helpful as the apartment would have been a hike to get to the central part of town. There was a bus that stopped right outside the house, but we did not use it during our stay. There also is a cute little park that our kids have fun playing in, right across the street from the house. We did cook at the house one night, and we seemed to have everything we needed. The only thing we missed and that would have been helpful was dome dishwasher tablets and dish soap. There was a grocery store in town. I would recommend this apartment and a visit to the Dolomites if you are traveling to Italy.

Wir haben ein paar wunderbare Tage in dem schönen Apartment von Martina verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt für uns, sowohl von der Grösse und Ausstattung, als auch mit der traumhaft ruhigen Lage mit super Ausblick auf das Tal. Auch die Kommunikation war einfach nur wundervoll!

Sehr schöne Osterferien

Unser Aufenthalt als Familie in St. Ulrich im Appartement Martina war wunderschön. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und ansprechend und wir haben die wunderbare Sicht auf die Berge täglich genossen. Wir konnten vom Alltagsstress wunderbar abschalten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Eine hervorragend gelegene FeWo, die in jeder Beziehung unsere Erwartungen erfüllt hat.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist besonders schön, da man sowohl auf St. Ulrich als auch auf das tolle Bergpanorama der Umgebung blickt. Mit dem Auto oder dem Ortsbus gelangt man schnell vom Ortszentrum dorthin, zu Fuß dauert es gut 20 Minuten. Die Terrasse verfügt über geeignete Plätze zum Relaxen in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Es ist ruhig und gepflegt im Garten. Schnell ist man an verschiedenen Liften, die u. a. zur Seiser Alm und zur Secada führen. Bei schlechterem Wetter bieten sich Ausflüge nach Bozen oder Brixen an, wo man shoppen, in ein Museum, in's Schwimmbad oder gut essen gehen kann. Die FeWo sind hervorragend ausgestattet, die freundliche Vermieterin wohnt in der Nähe und steht ggf. immer gern mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen!

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der Wohnung und hatten zwei herrliche Wochen im August. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr gepfegt und sauber. Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Falls etwas in der Wohnung fehlt, ist Martina sehr hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Danke an Martina.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist absolut top und preiswert. Auf dem Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter (Busanbindungen bzw. Taxi). Wir kommen sicher wieder.
