This adults-only geodome draws gentle inspiration from The Hobbit - think cozy, intimate spaces designed for playful escapes and deep relaxation. Unlike typical glamping setups on small lots with multiple units side-by-side, Bag End stands alone in woods, ensuring complete privacy: no visible neighbors. After running short-term rentals in the NC and TN mountains, while raising 4 daughters and working full time, we wanted to retire and were looking for a fun place to do something unique. We discovered Milledgeville while visiting our daughter in Savannah. We fell in love with our 100-acre wooded paradise, perfect for a secluded getaway. Passionate about preserving its natural beauty, we designed our unique domes to blend fun—like our daughters’ favorite Totoro theme—with minimal impact.
