We are located in a relaxed, sunny location directly in the community of Uderns between Fügen and Ried in the beautiful Zillertal.
Our holiday flat is located in the southern part of the quiet but very central community of Uderns. Surrounded by fabulous nature and with a view of the breathtaking Zillertal mountains, our location offers the ideal starting point for your Zillertal active holiday in summer and winter.
Throughout the year there is a wide choice of varied activities.
Whether for skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, hiking, cycling, climbing, swimming, golfing or simply to find peace and relaxation, you are always welcome here.

Our holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor and is ideal for the whole family or befriended couples.
The flat is about 90 m² and has a cosy living room with dining area and sofa as well as TV, DVD player and CD player, a very well-equipped kitchen (4-plate cooker, oven, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee machine, coffee capsule machine, kettle, toaster, enough dishes, etc.). ), two beautiful bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds) each with TV, a feel-good bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, hairdryer and underfloor heating and a separate WC as well as a balcony with a magnificent view of the alpine panorama in the Zillertal.

Furthermore, in the cellar you will find our ski room with boot dryer, as well as washing machine and dryer at your free disposal.
For relaxation, garden furniture is available in front of the house.

Bed linen, shower towels, hand towels and kitchen towels are available.
Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.
You can park in front of the house free of charge.
