Lovely apartment, great location.

The apartment is lovely, very comfortable. Location is great, just across road from zillertalbahn, so getting about was easy. Aschau itself very small and quiet, but we liked that, Mayrhofen only short train ride away. Marina and her mum were lovely, will definatly be returning.

Ski/Boarding trip to Zillertal Arena

The logistical location of the property was great, with nearby access to ski bus and train station, the drive to the Gondola was less than 10 minsThere were several restaurants and a bakery very close by (walking).The owner of the property was very friendly and eager to help in anyway.Although the owner did not speak much English, her daughter was fluent - This was not a problem for us as both my son and myself are learning German

Perfect location

Very clean and comfortable apartment for six people. Pleasant furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the comfortable balcony. Convenient location in the center of Aschau: under the house there are essential shops and some restaurants, easy to reach all the beauties of the ZIllertal. Kind and helpful owner. Molto consigliato. Grazie.

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Gastgeber Familie ist sehr herzlich und stets hilfbereit. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Der Check-in/out war sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank und bis vielleicht zum nächsten Mal!

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Bei der Ankuft fanden wir die Wohnung in einem sehr unsauberen Zustand vor: Die Kaffeemaschine musste erst gründlich gereinigt werden, Geschirr und Besteck waren schmutzig, der Geschirrspüler ungepflegt. Die Betten rochen unangenehm, manche Matratzen waren steinhart. Man hatte auch das Gefühl das Holzgestell des Bettes bereits zu spüren.Die gesamte Einrichtung wirkte stark verwohnt und wies zahlreiche Schäden auf.Besonders störend war, dass die Wohnung nicht wirklich abgeschottet war - der Vater der Vermieterin schlief ebenfalls oben bei unseren Räumlichkeiten in einem separaten Zimmer. Der Gang der Ferienwohnung wurde demnach gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Das gab uns ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl von mangelnder Privatsphäre. Einen zweiten Schlüssel erhielten wir nur auf Nachfrage, sonst hätten wir die restlichen Räume nicht abschließen können.Auch die Lärmbelästigung war erheblich: Nachts fuhr die Vermietrin lautstark ihre Markise ein und kochte, wobei die Gerüche direkt in unsere Ferienwohnung zogen. Für den aufgerufenen Preis, ist das Angebot in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt. Fazit: Sehr laute Umgebung, unzureichender Komfort (keine Schränke vorhanden - haben aus Koffer gelebt), unhygienische Zustände - leider die schlechteste Ferienwohnung, die wir bisher erlebt haben.

Bel emplacement, appartement spacieux . Accueil déplorable

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de cet appartement, avec une superbe vue . Néanmoins nous avons pas apprécié de devoir partager notre espace avec le papa de marina ,puisqu'il partageait le meme couloir situé dans la location. Pas tres tres intimiste . De plus nous n'avons jamais vu marina . On sent que c'est juste nos sous qui l'intéresse.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit tollem Balkon

Die Wohnung war perfekt für unseren Skiurlaub, geräumig und gemütlich. Der kostenlose Bus für die gesamte Zillertal Arena hält direkt vor dem Haus. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen.Den Balkon konnten wir auch an kühleren Tagen fürs Abendessen nutzen. Die Betreuung vor Ort und die Kommunikation waren sehr reibungslos, offen und herzlich.Danke für die vielen Tipps und Extras

Zeer prettig verblijf maar wel wat gedateerd.

Helemaal.prima appartement en bijzonder gastvrije mensen. Alles functioneert prima en heerlijk dat het in het centrum is. Het appartement is wat gedateerd en toilet en badkamer zijn bij elkaar. Hoewel dat wel duidelijk is uit de beschrijving. Prachtig balkon waar je heerlijk in de zon kunt zitten. We misten een goede droogruimte voor de skischoenen. Alles met alles een fijn verblijf. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zum Skifahren optimal. Die Ski Bushaltestelle ist direkt in Haus Nähe, so dass man unkompliziert sowohl in die Zillertal Arena als auch nach Kaltenbach kommt. Zum einkaufen stehen in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Bäcker sowie ein Supermarkt zur Verfügung.

Prima vakantie

Het was een prima locatie. We kregen via sleutelkluisje de sleutel. We deden het appartementencomolex open, en probeerden met de sleutel de eerste deur. Die ging open, maar bleek van een ander echtpaar te zijn. Het balkon van appartement is leuk en kun je goed met een groep zitten. 1 bewoner gebruikte een kamer die in onze gang uitkwam. In de gang waren de slaapkamers van onze kinderen. In het Zillertal is in de zomer genoeg te beleven. We hadden warm weer: veel gewandeld in de bergen en gezwommen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben die Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Manches ist in die Jahre gekommen( z.B. Bad) Dafür stimmte für uns aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Traumhaft ist der große Balkon, den wir selbst im Winter an sonnigen Tagen genutzt haben. Die Lage im 3 Stock ist mit Hund nicht ganz so ideal.

Schöner Skiurlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Aschau. Die Wohnungsbeschreibung ist sehr genau, und Marina ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Lage zum Skibus sowohl nach Kaltenbach als auch nach Zell ist super, ebenso zur Bäckerei und zu einem Supermarkt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach, aber für uns völlig ausreichend. An dem großen Tisch haben wir gerne und viel gegessen und gespielt.
