Amenities like a washer and dryer, stocked kitchen, large covered patio, spacious yard, amazing covered front porch, and large carport for your boats/vehicles, will make you love this place! Step inside and feel the serene atmosphere that makes this home a perfect retreat. Unfortunately, this is NOT a pet friendly property. We are an Eastern New Mexico family and we love to travel, and love staying at cool places we find on VRBO or Airbnb--so three years ago, we decided to become a hosts, also! I love a good adventure and good live music, and delicious food always helps!
Why they chose this property
We love this neighborhood because it is super handy to Ute Lake, specifically the marina (within walking distance), and super close to 2 of the best eating joints in Logan. However, with the great location, it's a quiet neighborhood that is family-friendly and the traffic and hustle and bustle of busy lake days doesn't spill over into this neighborhood. It's just right for our family to stay in the lake action, but not be in a loud neighborhood. Perfect for family getaways, or a couple's retreat. Unfortunately, we are NOT a pet friendly property. We are also, NOT a smoking/vaping home.
What makes this property unique
We have a large carport to park boats and vehicles underneath, an amazing front porch, and large covered patio in the back that overlooks our large yard. These things make this property just right for fun in the sun, family trips, and getting to see our beautiful sunsets. We also have a BBQ grill (charcoal) and this is our 2nd home so the fridge and pantry look like it! Guests are welcome to responsibly use, not abuse/ things we’ve left behind. We just ask that if you run us out of any food, you replace it! We also furnish some K-cups coffee, some detergent and laundry supplies, some paper towels, and toilet paper, as well as shower supplies. If we are running low on anything at the end of your stay, please let us know so we can replenish! 😊
