House in Locquirec near Sandy Beaches

This traditional Breton house with a pretty terrace lined with hydrangeas and agapanthus is located in the heart of Locquirec, just a few steps from the harbour and the first sandy beach. The terrace area is in a quiet position at the back of the house with no one opposite and adjoins the kitchen, ideal for your summer meals al fresco. Inside the house, the charm of the old meets modern comfort in a successful way. The 120 m² are furnished so that everyone can find their little favourite spot. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped to prepare fresh fish and seafood, which you can buy directly from the harbour on some days. In addition, each of the two bedrooms has its own very nice bathroom! You will appreciate this cosy comfort, especially thanks to the beautiful fireplace that invites you to spend pleasant evenings in front of the fire. There is no doubt that you will have a fantastic stay here in Brittany at any time of year. Locquirec is a popular seaside resort surrounded by seven beautiful beaches. This small, descriptive seaside resort with no less than seven different sandy beaches is located on a small peninsula in the bay of Lannion. From the headland on the peninsula you can enjoy a beautiful view over the western part of the Côte de Granit Rose. Activities Situated on the eastern edge of Finistère and on the border of the Côtes d'Armor, this is an ideal base from which to explore both departments and experience not only the unique nature, but also plenty of history, interesting small towns and beautiful rugged rocky coastlines. To the west, the bay of Morlaix with, among other things, the picturesque harbour and spa town of Roscoff, to the east the beautiful pink granite coast with the popular seaside resort of Perros Guirec.
