This comfortable 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the 2nd floor with a west-facing balcony in Building B “Strandglück,” was completed in the spring of 2013. You can easily reach the 2nd floor via the lift. It features a tastefully decorated living-dining area with a modern corner sofa, cable TV, hi-fi/CD and DVD players, Wi-Fi included, and a dining area that seats 5 people. The modern, built-in kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, and oven, makes it easy to prepare your own meals. The first bedroom features a comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m with a full-length mattress); in the second bedroom, two bunk beds—one of which has a pull-out section that converts to a double bed—ensure a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom with a towel dryer and washing machine rounds out the apartment. An underground parking space is available (the maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 1.98 m). A seasonal beach chair is included on the beach during the 2026 season (May 15–September 15). Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.


Complex:

This modern “Strandglück” residential complex, Building B, was completed in the summer of 2013. The lift provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cosy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground car park is 1.90 m!!!
