Die Insel Appartement 210

The "Die Insel" Apartment 210 is located in a prime spot in Timmendorfer Strand. The beach is only about 100 metres from the front door. The town centre, with its shopping options, is also only about 350 metres away. The train station, located about 800 metres away, provides good connections to both local and long-distance rail services.

The apartment is approximately 60 m² and is located on the 2nd floor of the building, which is easily accessible by lift. With a total of two rooms and sleeping accommodation for four—including a separate bedroom—the apartment is particularly well-suited for families, couples, or small groups of friends. Children are welcome. The living room features a sofa bed that unfolds to a sleeping surface measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m. The bedroom contains a double bed (box spring bed, 180 x 200 cm, with two separate mattresses and a full-length topper).

The open-concept kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped. This includes a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The living area offers both comfort and entertainment: a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, CD and DVD players, a Blu-ray player, a hi-fi system, and a radio are available. A private balcony with an awning provides a place to relax outdoors.

The shower room has been completely renovated. Shared household appliances such as a washing machine and dryer are available, and a clothes rack is provided.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.

The "Die Insel" apartment building is centrally located, quiet, and close to the beach in Timmendorfer Strand. The pedestrian zone, the fine sandy beach, and the beautiful spa park are just a few minutes' walk away. A parking space is available right next to the building. In addition, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building's basement. A bicycle storage room and an outdoor bike parking area are available for guests bringing their own bicycles. The apartments on the 1st or 2nd floor can be easily reached in Building 2a via an lift.

Unfortunately, there is no lift in Building 2.
