Größe der Wohnung ist gut, Hygiene und zahlreiche Details leider nicht

Größe der Wohnung ist gut, Hygiene/ Sauberkeit ungenügend, technisch mit großem Nachholbedarf. Die Lage direkt über Gosch ist nicht vorteilhaft, wäre aber handlebar, wenn die übrigen Mängel nicht gewesen wären Achtung: Nehmt die richtige Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage und passt auf, wenn Euer Auto auch länger als 4,90m ist.

Ihr Unternehmen ist überzeugend. Ich bin immer wieder begeistert von den freundlichen und fröhlichen "Mädels" am Empfang. Man kann sicher sein, daß uns Mietern geholfen würde, wenn nötig. Das ist ein gutes Gefühl. Die Lage ist unschlagbar !!! Lüften der Wohnung geht allerdings nur mit gutem Timing (Gosch)
