Traumhaft!

Wir hatten einen ganz wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Francesca. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vor allem der Massagesessel und der Whirlpool waren unsere Highlights. Familie Steiner ist super nett und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Perfekte Unterkunft für Familienurlaub

Wir waren dort mit 6 Personen und es gab genug Platz um zusammenzusitzen und genug Raum im Zeit für dich zu haben. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell im Ort. Es war sehr schön und die Gastgeberfamilie sehr freundlich!

Beautiful and spacious villa walkable to town

Very spacious, unique, and lovely villa. Great amenities including a small pond where our children enjoyed swimming and a hot tub where we could relax after long hikes. Hosts were very kind and we only wish we could have spoken with them more to learn more about the history of the home, but unfortunately we only speak English. Can easily walk to many restaurants and shops, and perfect location for many hiking adventures in the valley! Would love to come back to stay during the winter.

Tolles Ferienwohnung mit Stil

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Francesca. Für fünf Personen bietet die Erdgeschoßwohnung wirklich reichlich Platz. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Der Whirlpool ist klasse und der Garten schön groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft um mit Freunden Zeit zu verbringen. Nicht nur durch das schöne Ambiente in und um die Ferienwohnung, nein auch durch die wundervollen Gastgeber war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Prachtige omgeving en super verblijf

Een prachtig en ruim verblijf voor ons gezin met drie kids. Van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim en schoon. Verhuurder Helmut zorgt voor een warm welkom met een lekker wijntje en zorgt dat het je aan niets ontbreekt. We voelde ons meteen thuis. De omgeving is prachtig en ook voor de kinderen genoeg te doen. Kortom wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Lovely unique place to stay - one of a kind!

Our family (2 adults/3 children) spent a lovely week at this property. The house is gorgeous and you are unlikely to find another like it! Helmut has clearly put a lot of thought into the renovations. It is very spacious, clean, well maintained and has all the mod cons required for a holiday plus more - a cooling swimming pond and a hot tub in the beautiful garden! Owner is on site so if there are any issues or questions they can be promptly sorted or answered. Helmut was very welcoming and we enjoyed a lovely evening in the wine cellar sampling the local alcohol 😊. There is plenty to do in the local area - mountain walks, cycling, arena roller coaster, swimming lakes, etc. Would recommend this property.

Lovely spacious property

We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Francesca. The accommodation is spacious and attractive and it is nice to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. It is a great location. We found the ski-bus quick and efficient. It would be very helpful though to have a timetable available in the villa. Helmut gave us a warm welcome and shared a glass of wine in his lovely wine cellar.

We rented both floors (Emanuela and Raffaela) and had 15 people comfortably. This is a great location for those interested in skiing and going out in the city of Zell am Zimmer. The jacuzzi was a great hit!

Wie gewohnt Super :)

Wir waren zum 2. mal hier und diesmal 6 Personen und hatten das Appartement Raffaela. Preis/Leistung fanden wir top. Betten Bequem, Küche super ausgestattet, Lage Ideal, sauber, es gab an der Unterkunft nix zu Auszusetzen. Das einzige was etwas störend war, war das die Obermieter um 0 Uhr in den Whirlpool sind und dort bis 2 Uhr in der früh "laut geredet haben". Da 2 Zimmer direkt neben dem Whirlpool liegen wurde man im schlaf dann ziemlich gestört. Bitte für die Zukunft vielleicht in die Hausordnung mit aufnehmen das der Whirlpool nur bis 0 Uhr benutzt werden darf. Wir konnten die Gäste im Whirlpool leider dazu bringen zu einer anderen Zeit zu plantschen. Es war aber auch der einzige Vorfall der die Stimmung etwas enttäuschte. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

In der Hausordnung steht, das ab 22 Uhr Nachtruhe herrscht, dies schließt den Whirpool bereich mit ein. Hervorragend!

Wir waren über Ostern 2016 in der Wohnung Raffaela und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Haus ist unglaublich geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Alles sauber und tolle Annehmlichkeiten (Infrarot, Massagesessel, Außenpool). Skibus und ein gutes Restaurant (Englhof) sind auch nur 300m entfernt. Danke für die tolle Gastfreudschaft und den Schnapsempfang-/abschied;)
