"La petite Iroise", 3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). (steep stair), 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Die Beschreibung ist etwas „reduziert“, und trifft nicht ganz die Situation. Man sollte wissen, dass diese kleine Ferienhaus im Garten eines anderen Ferienhauses steht. Man ist nicht wirklich für sich allein. Das Haus selbst ist nur sehr einfach eingerichtet und nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet. Das Haus punktet im Wesentlichen über seine Lage, z.B. zum Strand.
