Wonderful family vacation

This is a lovely chalet on a quiet hillside above the busy town of Grindelwald. The views from the house are stunning and we enjoyed the outdoor eating areas. Great kitchen with excellent equipment including fondue pots and raclette maker. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the towels provided were flimsy and inadequate, 2 little towels per person. There should be a stack of extra towels provided along with some washcloths.

Beautiful home on a quiet street

Perfect home for a larger group. The home itself is beautiful and has everything you need for a large group. The views are stunning, no picture does this home justice. It is quite a hike from downtown, but the bus service is timely and easy to navigate. The washer is an added bonus, the dryer was a disappointment, but plenty of indoor clothes lines helped to solve the problem. Just took us a couple of days to figure that out. Overall I highly recommend the home!

Cannot give anything else other than 5 stars purely for the location. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds although the doubles were 2 camp beds pushed together. Nice cabin feel but could do with being updated. TV was too small but the view outside made up for this. WiFi was good with no dropping out at all. Bathrooms were dated but the water was hot and the showers were very powerful, Towels were not adequate for a weeks stay, one medium bath towel and one hand towel per person, we brought extra. Washing machine and dryer were handy, the QR codes for the tutorial video are a must watch. The sat nav address to collect the keys does't work, search for Golden India restaurant and Interhome is next door. The live chat on the app is slow, we waited more than a day for a reply on check in details prior to arrival and did not get a reply on check out details as we had to leave early for travel arrangements, we could not find a key drop off area at the Interhome office so had to leave the keys in the postbox at the property. The position of the Chalet is fantastic and the balcony area is brilliant for sitting out although a couple of recliner chairs would be an excellent addition. 5 Stars purely on the location!!!

Regarding communication, in the voucher we provide prior to arrival, it informs guests about where to pick up the keys. During the check-in our colleagues on site explains everything concerning early check-out. In the apartment are all the important telephone numbers, about how guests can contact the keyholder during the stay. We are sorry if none of these worked out for you. Mooi karakteristiek houten chalet

Mooi houten chalet met op de begane grond goede moderne voorzieningen in de keuken en badkamer. Alle gemakken voorzien. De eerste verdieping heeft een gedateerde badkamer, maar functioneert prima. Helaas is deze verdieping onbruikbaar geworden door een brand, ontstaan door een spontaan ontploffende powerbank.

Ein sehr charmantes und angenehmes Haus. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Bushaltestelle ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Tolles Haus, grandiose Aussicht!

Ein tolles Chalet, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht! Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Wanderungen. Die Aussicht ist grandios! Auch die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war reibunglsos! Das Chalet können wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

Het huis is ruim en alles was netjes, de bedden zijn goed, maar de kussens wat minder. Het is een houten vloer die nogal wat kraakt, wat vooral ‘s nachts hinderlijk is. Het terras is ruim en het ongelofelijke, adembenemende uitzicht gaat van Wetterhorn tot Jungfrau. Je moet wel een afdaling maken van 100 meter om het dorp te bereiken, maar er is ook een bushalte.

Chalet Pischun

Sehr gut bewertet hat unsere Gruppe die Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsräume, der Küche und der Schlafzimmer sowie den Wohlfühlfaktor im Haus. Abzüge gibt es durch die einseitige und zu geringe Ausstattung mit Sanitärräumen - Dusche und Badewanne in einem Doppelzimmer, einen Raum mit Dusche und Toilette für die übrigen vier Schlafzimmer.

Eigentlich verdient das Pitschun eine sehr gute Bewertung. Es ist gut gelegen, ist mit allem ausgestattet das man braucht und hat genügend Platz. Nur das knarren des Holzes, ja ich weiss es ist ein Chalet aber trotzdem, war schon sehr aufreibend. Man suchte überall wo es beim gehen im oberen Stock nicht quietscht und knackst. Ansonsten top. Wenn knarrendes Holz nicht stört nur zu empfehlen.
