"Bodden Pearl" Vacation Home

The holiday home, with its clinker brick facade, is situated on a large, well-maintained lot in a quiet part of Glowe, between Jasmunder Bodden and the Baltic Sea beach, not far from the town centre with its shops and restaurants. The 4-room house, with three separate bedrooms, accommodates up to 6 people. It features a beautiful garden and a terrace attached to the house with a grill. A beach chair is available in the garden, and a small wooden shed serves as storage space for items such as bicycles. Parking spaces are available at the house.

The house has a living area of approximately 100 square metres, spread over two floors. On the ground floor, in addition to an entryway, there is a living-dining room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen, a guest bathroom, and an utility room. The terrace is located in front of the living room. Upstairs, there are three separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. The house includes two parking spaces directly on the property.
