Apartment in the Spessart

This bright, modern holiday apartment, measuring approximately 100 square metres, features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living/dining room with a sofa and satellite TV. The apartment is located on the 1st floor! A large furnished balcony is accessible from the bedroom. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor (accessible via a spiral staircase). The bathroom features both a bathtub and a separate rain shower. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. We’re happy to provide a cot upon request. If you’re looking for space for 2 more people, there’s another apartment in the house for 2 people (bedroom, kitchen-living room, bathroom)! If the apartment is available at that time, you’re welcome to book it as well—which would provide space for up to 7 or 8 people.<br><br>The central location between Lohr and Marktheidenfeld makes it an ideal starting point for day trips or hikes in the nearby Hafenlohr Valley. Würzburg is about a 30-minute drive away, and you can reach Wertheim and Wertheim Village in about 20 minutes!

Die Wohnung war sehr ansprechend, sauber, großzügig und voll ausgestattet. Man hätte sogar einen Kuchen backen können, alles vorhanden. Empfehlenswert Geschäfte gibt’s leider keine Vorort.

Ländlich gelegene Ferienwohnung

Sehr modernes und Sauberes Ferienziel. Es ist sehr schön ruhig und ländlich gelegen. Die Burg im selben Dorf ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Mädelstrip.

Rundum perfekt versorgt

Wir waren mit 2 Familien und insgesamt 7 Menschen davon 2 Kleinkinder und 1 Baby in der Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung war super sauber, toll renoviert und super aufgeteilt! Es gibt alles was man braucht und noch mehr, die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, alles läd zum verweilen ein. Wir wurden mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten und Freizeittipps versorgt, sogar für die Kids gan es Spielzeuge im Garten. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nir wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank!

Osterurlaub mit Freunden und Familie

Über die Osterferien waren wir mit unseren Urlaubsbekannten im Urlaub. Die Wohnung liegt in einen ruhigen Ort. Ein großer Garten mit Terrasse, Balkon an der Wohnung und ein Ort zum spielen, verstecken und entspannen für Groß und Klein. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Es hatte für uns alle den Eindruck „zu Hause“ zu sein, ein Ort wo man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen kann. Die Vermieter haben sogar den Kindern eine kleine Osterüberraschung gemacht, mit leckeren selbst gebackenen Plätzchen und Kuchen. Ein paar Häuser weiter befindet sich ein kleines Kaffee, welches am Wochenende geöffnet hat. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind ca. 10min Autoweg entfernt. Im Ort selbst befinden sich 2 Spielplätze. Die Vermieter sind sehr darauf bedacht unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu Gestaltern und waren mit Tipps und Unternehmungen immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unser Fazit: Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen :-)
