This lovingly renovated, newly furnished apartment for 2 adults and 1–2 children is located in a quiet area and is ideal for all ages. Access is at ground level via the underground garage; a staircase leads from the entrance to the apartment.

• New, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and mini oven for baking rolls

• Smeg fridge

• Modern bathroom with shower and WC

• Covered terrace with side view of Grünten, green meadows and grazing cows – perfect for enjoying the sunset

• Wi-Fi, TV, coffee/tea

• Online bread roll delivery service

• Underground parking with storage for bicycles

• Coin-operated washing machine in the neighboring building

• Heated indoor pool (open year-round). Currently unavailable.

• Sauna (use available for an extra fee)

• Table tennis and foosball



The area offers lakes, hiking trails, and in winter, 40 km of groomed cross-country ski trails. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. There is a pizzeria on site. A kiosk with a beer garden by the lake offers tasty food, a playground, and pedal boat rental.
