Toplage, Tiefgaragenplatz, Eisdiele, Bäcker, Pizzeria, Lord Nelsonshop und Beatystudio, alles im Bereich des Ferienobjekts. Zur Wohnung, wird ein Strandkorb am Strand gestellt, fußläufig kurzer Weg zum Deich und Strand. Kurze Fahrtstrecke zu den umliegenden Märkten, wie Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Apotheken sind in der Nähe. Alles in allem, sehr gute Lage.
