Wohnung o.k. Agentur nicht erreichbar vor Ort

Objekt alles soweit o.k. Nur was FeWo Direkt für die 102 € geleistet hat ist unklar . Agentur vor Ort um 15.45 Uhr nicht erreichbar .Kommunikation mit Eigetümer vorbildlich , nur die Agentur hat nichts geleistet .

Die angesprochene Agentur war auch nicht mehr für das Ferienobjekt zuständig. Dieses, sowie die Änderung bei der Schlüsselübergabe, habe ich dem Gast auch ca. 1 Woche vor Anreise mitgeteilt. Leider hat der Gast vergessen, diese Info bei der Anreise mitzunehmen. Ich war für ihn sofort erreichbar.

Gutes Appartement, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet

Alles problemlos abgelaufen, Sehr sauber, Empfehlenswert, 5 Sterne können wir leider nicht vergeben, da die Schlafzimmer nicht verdunkelt werden können, die Vorhänge sind sehr hell.

Ohne Marder wäre es entapannter gewesen

Schöne Wohnung total ruhig, nur der Marder untem Dach war in den Nächten nicht zu überhören.

Schade, daß ich erst durch die Bewertung von dem Marder erfahre. Wenn ich während Ihres Aufenthaltes informiert worden wäre, hätte ich die "Einstiegsöffnung" innerhalb kürzester Zeit verschließen lassen, wie jetzt auch geschehen. So wären dann auch die Nächte ruhig gewesen.

Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Schade war, dass wir nur 1 Schlüssel bekommen haben.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst und unsere Zeit sehr genossen.
