We have stayed at dozens of VRBOs….truly this is one of the top ones. Owners were great to work with. House is super clean and nicely remodeled. Highly recommend

We had a magical week on Fisher Lake in Glen Arbor. Vacationland was exquisite! Our hosts, Don and Katie, were incredibly thoughtful, welcoming us with fresh produce from their farm, wine from their favorite vineyard and other lovely goodies, along with a handwritten note -- the single most wonderful welcome we've ever had from VRBO owners! We availed ourselves of the paddleboards, kayaks and hammocks, as well as varied seating options -- on the deck, in the screen porch, on the dock and more. It was a pleasure to cook in the well-appointed kitchen, which included thoughtful instructions and just about everything you could ask for in terms of pots, pans, utensils and serving pieces. The beds were oh-so-comfortable and the showers were great (plus excellent bath products). Don and Katie were equally as thoughtful with their helpful communications before and after check-in. We were minutes away from Glen Arbor by car yet felt wonderfully secluded when we returned home each evening. Vactionland is the perfect spot to get away from it all up north!

My family of five had an outstanding time at this adorable cottage. Don and Katie went above and beyond….We were greeted with fresh Michigan cherries, jam, farm-fresh eggs, bottles of wine, maple syrup, and fresh flowers. The cottage was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Its location on Fisher Lake was so serene, while also being close to downtown Glen Arbor and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Kayaks were provided, so we spent mornings kayaking a quiet Fisher Lake and going into Glen Lake (connected by a short channel). My kids loved swimming the clear water and sandy-bottom lake. Each night we made a fire for s’mores (either in the lakeside fire pit or the ADORABLE screened-in area with a fireplace).Highly recommend!! We will be back!
