Every bedroom and the living room include a smart TV and air conditioning, ensuring comfort and entertainment throughout your stay. As well as high speed internet throughout the entire apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for both short and long stays. The apartment also includes a balcony for you to enjoy your morning coffee, a laundry area with washer and dryer, and hot water throughout.
Building amenities include a full service lobby, elevators, rooftop swimming pool, gym, kids play area, BBQ and modern common areas, designed for relaxation and enjoyment.
Guest access
Guests will have access to three (2) parking spaces, social areas that include: swimming pool, gym, children's play area, social area and bbq. 24 hour concierge and reception with security. Guest must present ID to gain access to the building.
Guest access to all the common areas requires the use of a token which will be provided along with the keys to the apartment.
