Beurteilung der Wohnung im Detail

Der Aufenhalt war grundsätzlich sehr schön. Allerdings bedarf die Wohnung doch mal einer kleinen Renovierung im Wohnzimmer (Tapeten hängen schon seit Jahren teilweise locker an der Wand) und im Badezimmer. Im Wohnzimmer liegt das Scharnier zum Kippen eines Fenster auf der Fensterbank, das Fenster ist also so nicht mehr nutzbar. Das hätte man doch sicherlich vor einem Neubezug beheben können. Die Balkonmöbel gehören dringend ausgetauscht, da ungepflegt und daher aufgequollen und rissig, teilweise Bretter am Tisch schon verbogen. Ansonsten wächst auf dem Balkon fröhlich das Unkraut vor sich hin. Der Balkon wirkt also völlig vernachlässigt.
