Welcome to our spacious guest home in Flushing, Queens! Designed with families, groups, and business travelers in mind, this comfortable retreat features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 4 beds, offering plenty of space to relax. It is ideal for 3–4 guests and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.

Master Bedroom: A spacious primary suite featuring a luxury king-size memory foam bed. A twin trundle bed is available upon request. This bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom.

Second Bedroom: Furnished with a luxury memory foam double bed for a restful night's sleep.

Our management team is available in or near the building whenever assistance is needed.

House Rule Compliance Is Required: Smoking, drug or marijuana use, parties, and loud music are strictly prohibited on the property and in its immediate surroundings. For security purposes, access is limited to registered guests, except for family members whose visits have been approved in advance.

Check-in / Check-out Time: Please make sure to have your ID with you during check-in. Our standard check-in time is 5:00 pm or later, and check-out time is 10:00 am or earlier, with the option of a late check-out at 11:00 am. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cleaning: We follow a strict protocol to deeply clean and sanitize your unit before check-in. We also clean and maintain the public areas for your enjoyment. If you would like cleaning services for your private unit during your stay, our housekeepers are available for an additional fee.

Toiletries & Bedlinen: We provide standard amenities (most of what you need including soap, shampoo, toiletries, and bedlinen) at check-in. We kindly ask that you supply and refill your own after check-in.

Basic Kitchenware: We provide basic kitchenware only and do not offer a fully stocked kitchen with extensive cookware or complete kitchen items. Our goal is to provide a comfortable furnished home for your transitional stay. Guests are welcome to purchase any additional kitchenware or equipment they may need.

Pets: We warmly welcome well-behaved and trained pets.
