Our 75 m² semi-detached house, built in 1991 and located in picturesque Greetsiel, features two bedrooms and one bathroom across two floors, accommodating a total of four people, as well as a kitchen, guest bathroom, and a spacious living and dining room. The holiday home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet holiday home area and offers a partial view of the dike. Living/Dining Room: The dining table in the spacious living/dining room seats four people. There is also a sitting area, a stereo system with a CD player, a telephone, and a colour TV with satellite connection. Garden furniture for the patio with a lawn is available during the summer months. We offer free Wi-Fi for our guests. Kitchen The semi-open kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave. A coffee/espresso capsule machine is also available.BedroomsThere are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and each sleeps two people. From the windows of both bedrooms, you can see the dike, which is about a 10-minute walk away. One of the bedrooms also features a cosy sitting area. Bathroom Next to the bedrooms is the newly renovated, modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. A separate toilet is located on the ground floor.
