Die Unterkunft lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gute Lage zum Wasser und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Servicepersonal ist freundlich und kompetent. Das Haus 4 hat leider keinen direkten Zugang zur Tiefgarage. Dies sollte besser und früher kommuniziert werden. Nicht erst bei Anreise. Der Fahrstuhl in Haus 5, welcher für die Bewohner von Haus 4 als Zugang zur Tiefgarage vorgesehen ist, war leider die gesamte Zeit unseres Urlaubs defekt. Dennoch kommen wir sehr gern wieder.

Was mir nicht gefällt und wir durch zukünftige Nichtbuchungen von uns und Bergmeister zeigen, dass Stammgäste keine Vorteile haben, stattdessen gibt es eher Rabatte kurzfristig, die Sauna immer mal wieder außer Betrieb, keine Flexibilität, wir wollten ein größeres Appartement was jedoch nicht möglich war - keine Umbuchung. Feedback und Anregungen dafür wurde vor Ort aufgenommen aber am nächsten Tag telefonisch gesagt, wir mögen dies direkt nach Emden melden, da man dies vor Ort nicht aufnehmen kann.

Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit Dachbox in die Tiefgarage, mit der Höhe sehr kritisch. Wenn es nicht reicht ist es kritisch, rückwärts wieder rauf zu fahren. Gute Tipps von der Rezeption bekommen, bezgl. Gastronomie.

Sehr gute Lage und freundliches Personal. Es fehlen zwar viele Sachen in der Wohnung (z.B. Schuhanzieher oder Putzmittel für Geschirr, Seife usw.) man muss wirklich genau Beschreibung lesen, was da vorhanden ist. Aber die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und die Sauna ist gut angerichtet.
