Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem tollen Haus und die Strandnähe genießen wir bei jedem Besuch. Die Wohnung selbst ist für uns sehr stimmig eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen immer wieder gern in diese Villa.

Zentral an den Kaiserbädern
Die Wohnung liegt recht mittig zu den Seebrücken Heringsdorf und Ahlbeck. Für Fußmärsche zwischen den Seebädern und Swinemünde ideal. Die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig. Schöner großer Balkon Richtung Süden. Das Bad hat wenig Ablagefläche, sodass die Brille beim Waschen auf dem Toilettendeckel liegen mußte ;-), und bei dem Preis könnte man auch einen Fernseher mit Internetanschluss anschaffen (Luxusproblem). Ein Bäcker ist gut 20 Minuten entfernt. Zu Fuß ist das morgens schon etwas nervig. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung und zu empfehlen.
