Ich komme seit 1997 in die traumhafte Wohnanlage. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll. Die parkähnlichen Anlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, für welche der Hausmeister Herr Rosemann täglich sorgt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen vom Service sind immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Villa habe ich schon 11 mal gebucht, da die Wohnung mit dem wunderschönen Wintergarten sehr gemütlich ist. Ich hoffe, dass ich diese noch einpaar mal buchen kann. Karin Juni 2025

Eigentlich alles! Ambiente in der Villa hervorragend, geräumige FeWo, in kalter Jahreszeit ganz besonders die schöne Veranda/Wintergarten. Gepflegter Park, tolle Lage unmittelbar an der Promenade und anschließendem Übergang durch die Dünen zu Strand und Ostsee. Wir genießen jedesmal den Aufenthalt im Strandpark. Wolfgang Kramer
