There was used sop in the shower, shower liner was dirty, lots of hair on the floors as though it wasn’t sweeper or vacuumed before we came.

The interior of the property was well kept. The appliances were fully functional, and the A/C unit kept the home very cool. The property is a three unit residence, the private parking area could be a little tight. The property is in a congested area, making driving out of the private parking a little difficult. One of the cushions of the sofa was very sunken in. The bathroom tub off the hallway drained slowly. The property owner allowed themselves to be known to be available anytime of day, and quick to respond when called upon.

The accommodations were as advertised. If you’re looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced place for a group or family with free parking, this is a good option. We especially appreciated the tasteful décor, thoughtful furnishings, and spacious layout.The property is located on the edge of a rougher neighborhood, but we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The location worked well for our plans, we prepared some meals at the property and traveled into Manhattan for most of our dining and sightseeing. Just be aware that there are very limited sit-down restaurant options within the immediate neighborhood, and the few take out restaurants I stopped in seemed ill prepared to serve what I would consider staples to their advertised fare.One thing to note is that there are quite a few stairs, so this may not be the best choice for anyone with mobility challenges or who prefers to avoid climbing steps.On our final day, my nephew and I took the local bus to the subway instead of driving to Journal Square and taking the PATH. It took only a little longer yet was a convenient alternative.Our host was welcoming, quick to respond & accommodated our needs.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this property again.Great budget friendly option for those interested in adventuring out to the Big Apple.

The place itself was nice inside. The beds weren’t that comfortable and one was super hard. We didnt realize the water faucets for the shower are backwards until pretty much everyone took a shower. So the cold was hot and the hot was cold, that was a bummer. There are many stairs to walk up which wasn’t ideal for our group and we just weren’t aware. The parking is also very tricky. You do have a spot but there were three other cars trying to navigate a very tiny parking spot. We had some type of scammers come to our door close to 9 at night, which was a little unsettling. The host is super sweet, so it’s nothing against her. This is just to let other people know what they are renting.
