MIr hat NICHT gefallen, dass Upstalsboom für die Endreinigung 150 € verlangt. Das ist vollkommen überzogen. Die Appartments werden im Schnelldruchgang von der rumänischen Kolonne "Inselglanz" gereinigt. Die Böden werden nicht naß gewischt, sondern nur gesaugt. In Ecken, wo der Staubsauger nicht hinkam, hatte ich auch bei Ankunft bereits dicke Staubansammlungen. Ferner ist die Buchungsgebühr von rund 20 €, die Upstalsboom verlangt, im digitalen Zeitalter ein Unding. Upstalsboom verdient hier und bei der Endreinigung versteckt mit. Das nehme ich als mündiger Kunde sehr wohl wahr. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der beiden Brüder, die am Objekt den Empfang verwalten und Gäste betreuen.
