The perfect location for a relaxing holiday in an Art Nouveau villa on a 1,000-square-meter property. Villa Friedericia is located 450 metres from the centre of Wyk and offers free parking on-site.
Here we offer a 2-room apartment with a balcony and a 3-room apartment (both on the mezzanine level) with a terrace in the garden.

A washing machine is available in the basement for a fee.

A beach chair (one per apartment), including a beach towel, is available from May through September and is located barely a 10-minute walk from the apartment on the beach (Section 13).
