Eine ruhige und prima Wohnlage. 10 Gehminuten bis ans Wasser und nur ca.5 Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum. Angenehm ist auch, dass es nur ein 2-Parteienhaus ist. Die Whg ist gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
