Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt...

Die Nähe zum Strand, zu unserer Fahrradvermietung waren super. Auch eignet sich der Standort sehr gut als Start für Ausflüge.Trotzdem ein paar kleine Punkte zur Küche: Ein wenig mehr Geschirr wäre gut; die Schere klemmt; das Ofenblech passt nicht wirklich und fällt leicht nach unten. Die großen Weingläser zerbrechen beim Abtrocknen sehr leicht am Stiel (zwei sind uns so zerbrochen); eine Person hat sich dabei sehr verletzt. Es sollte mindestens noch eine größere Schüssel geben.Es hat uns wirklich gefallen; auch die Größe der Wohnung. Es ist ja nicht so leicht eine Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern zu finden. Kontaktaufnahme via E-Mail hat auch bestens funktioniert.

Schöne große Wohnung mit viel Platz mitten im Zentrum

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und von dort aus viel zu Fuß unternommen. Die Wohnung hat wirklich viel Platz mit ihren 3 Schlafzimmern und dem großen Wohnzimmer, und der Zug, Fahrradverleih, Strand, Zentrum, Einkaufen, Cafés und Shopping ist alles zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

Und gerne wieder. Die Lage ist optimal und die Ferienwohnung ist wahnsinnig groß. Unserer Meinung nach gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Gute Lage, nette Kommunikation

Gute, zentrale, strandnah Lage, am WE stört die Kneipe etwas nachts die Ruhe, Wohnung sauber und groß, Gästeklo riecht etwas,hihe Räume lassen es etwas kühl wirken, Küche einfach aber funktionell. Netter Kontakt!

Wohnung ist groß und geräumig für 6 Personen. Sie ist sauber und die Lage ist top. Wlan ist leider sehr schlecht und gar nicht nutzbar.

Die sehr große Wohnung konnten wir nur zu Zweit bewohnen (leider musste eine Freundin absagen). Aber für die 6 Personen, für die die Wohnung angeboten wird ist sie ideal und hat reichlich Platz.

Es lässt sich nicht viel meckern. Schade fand ich, dass es in Ostfriesland keine Teekanne gab. Einrichtung der Küche eher spartanisch. Sonst aber okay

Gute Lage, sehr geräumig, Ausstattung suboptimal

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, schön eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Die Betten sind bequem und mit jeweils Einzelmatratzen ausgestattet. Die Agenturverwaltung war sehr zuvorkommend (kurzfristige Überbelegung kein Problem). Einzige Kritikpunkte sind die häufig bimmelnde Inselbahn, sowie die etwas dürftige Küchenausstattung: zu wenig Gläser und Becher, kein Kartoffelschälmesser, kein Pfannenwender... Ansonsten alles gut!

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben zwei Wochen auf Borkum mit unseren vier Kindern in dieser großen Ferienwohnung genossen (wir hatten noch nie eine so große Ferienwohnung). Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen, neben dem Bahnhof, am Anfang der Fußgängerzone, man ist gleich am Strand. Da wir sehr schönes Wetter hatten, war es nachts in den zur Straße liegenden Zimmern manchmal durch die Fußgängerzone laut. Wenn wir die Fenster geschlossen haben, war es aber o.k. Tagsüber war davon nichts zu merken. Unsere Kinder haben es genossen, vom Küchen- oder Badezimmerfenster aus die ein- und ausfahrenden Züge zu beobachten. Und dass direkt nebenan mehrere sehr gute Eisdielen waren, hat den Urlaub auch versüsst. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war gut, bei Fragen war der Hausmeister schnell zur Stelle. Auch die verspätete Anreise durch einen ausgefallenen Zug war kein Problem. Vielen Dank.

Borkum ist eine Reise wert!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Sehr zentral gelegen, mit kurzen Wegen zur Promenade, dem Strand allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Bahnhof. Die daraus resultierende Lärmbelästigung muss man dann allerdings in Kauf nehmen. Fenster zu und durch. Die Größe des Objektes ist unübertroffen und bei voller Belegung ist der Preis vertretbar. Die Ausstattung hat allerdings schon bessere Tage gesehen und ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt. In den Schlafräumen kann man die Fenster nachts nicht richtig abdunkeln, weil die Gardienen dafür nicht geeignet sind. Da die Geschäftsbeleuchtung die ganze Nacht an ist, stört das den Schlaf schon erheblich. Schlimmer sind allerdings die hygienischen Mängel. Der in allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen verlegte Teppichboden und die Möbelierung im Wohnraum (Sessel und Sofas) sind total Fleckig und man mag nicht ohne Latschen durch die Wohnung gehen oder sich in kurzen Hosen hinsetzen. Außerdem hat das Reinigungspersonal alle senkrechten Flächen, wie Türen, Wandfliesen in den Bädern und der Küche und Küchenschränke offensichtlich schon länger nicht mehr mitgeputzt. Der Kühlschrank wurde nicht gereinigt, im Eisfach lag noch ein angebrochenes Paket Butter. Wer weiß, wie lange schon? Die Kaffeemaschiene war nach der letzen Benutzung auch nicht gesäubert worden und in der Kanne waren noch die Kaffeereste des Vormieters. Am Schlimmsten war allerdings der Zustand der Toilettenbürsten und deren Halterungen. Bitte dringend erneuern! Sehr ekelig! Auch wenn die Wohnungen in dem Objekt jetzt nach und nach renoviert werden sollen, könnte man die oben genannten Missstände schon größtenteils ohne großen Aufwand beseitigen. Zuallererst muss an der Hygiene gearbeitet werden! Dann würden wir bestimmt gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr geräumig und in bester lage

Großzügige Räume die sinnvoll und praktisch eingerichtet sind. Die Wohnung ist im 1 OG mit Blick auf die Bismarckstr und den Bahnhof. Alles findet man in der nähe.
