High up in the north, on the Danish border, the beautifully furnished, thatched-roof semi-detached house “Andrea” awaits you and invites you to enjoy an unforgettable, nature-filled holiday for up to 4 people.<br><br>The Location<br>The holiday home is located in Aventoft, right on the Danish border, in the beautiful and idyllic area of Rosenkranz. The historic town of Møgeltøndern is just a few minutes’ drive away. Just a few minutes’ walk from the holiday home, you’ll find not only a beautiful swimming lake (Hülltoft Tief) but also the lovely and well-known Nolde Museum… a must-see for all art lovers and culture enthusiasts.<br>The outdoor pool in Aventoft is open daily during the summer season. The North Sea and dune island of Rømø is about 45 km away, and the North Sea swimming spot at Südwesthörn is 19 km away. <br>The island of Sylt is also easily accessible for day trips by train or car ferry.<br>The Baltic Sea and Flensburg. Glücksburg, Schleswig (Viking Museum), and Kiel are all within an hour’s drive.<br>There is a well-stocked supermarket in Neukirchen (4 km). In the border town of Süderlügum (12 km), the supermarkets are also open on Sundays.<br><br>The Amenities<br>The approximately 95-square-meter semi-detached house welcomes you with a bright, spacious living-dining room. This area is tiled with high-quality tiles and features underfloor heating. In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the wood-burning stove. The large dining table is perfect for social meals or game nights. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering.<br>The bathroom on the ground floor is accessible via a small hallway and features a large rain shower, toilet, and sink.<br>A closed staircase leads to the upper floor, which features two bedrooms (180 x 200 and two single beds) and another shower room.<br>The entire upper floor is finished with oak parquet flooring.<br><br>Special Features<br>In our smoke-free holiday home, we’re happy to provide our guests with free Wi-Fi. Your dog is welcome in this house; the property (approx. 300 square metres) is completely fenced in.<br>Sit on a bench in front of the house and admire the spectacular sunsets that the North has to offer. There are no wind turbines nearby.<br><br>We provide an initial set of bed linens and towels free of charge at this accommodation.
