Die Ferienwohnung ist toll und ruhig gelegen, mitten im Zentrum von Borkum. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Dachgeschosswohnung in sehr guter Lage

+ schönes, modernes Bad + Schlafzimmer mit Balken und Zugang über 2 Stufen gibt der Wohnung etwas besonderes + geräumiger Eingangsbereich/Diele + Küche und Wohnzimmer sind offen gestaltet + Zugang in den 3. Stock mit Fahrstuhl. Der Etagenbereich ist ebenfalls geräumig. Wir konnten mit Kind im Croozer direkt vor der Wohnungstür parken + super Lage, man ist mittendrin und hat Blick auf das Meer + organisatorisch verlief alles einwandfrei + wir konnten unseren PKW während unseres Aufenthaltes kostenfrei auf dem Innenhof abstellen. - ein kleiner Tisch auf dem Balkon fehlte etwas - eine Mikrowelle und eine Schere wären noch sehr praktisch gewesen

Apartment very nice, but lacked small things. It was missing; The soap holder in the shower, a small table on the balcony.Apartment no longer 1 A therefore too expensive from the price.Absolutely disturbing at 2am noise from the street. Loud roar of people.Unfortunately also noisy during the week. Nevertheless my rating 2-

Schöne geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Leider war die Nachtruhe dadurch gestört, dass ein Lokal in der Fußgängerzone Öffnungszeiten unter der Woche bis 2.00 Uhr bzw. 3.00 Uhr und am Samstag bis 5.00 Uhr morgens hatte. Und das in einem Kurort, wo wir auch entsprechend Kurtaxe bezahlt haben. Ein Unding!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, nur bei 3 Personen ist der Wohnzimmerbereich zu klein, da dort das Bett steht und dann ein Sessel fehlt.

Wir hätten uns eine etwas genauere Beschreibung der Anfahrt, der vorhandenen Dinge wie Föhn, bezogenene Betten, Handtücher und Endreinigung gewünscht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang vor Ort. Auf dem Balkon fehlte uns ein kleiner Tisch. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Meer aus allen Fenstern.

Tolles Objekt

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten aus allen Fenstern Blick auf das Meer (Zimmer 302). Auch den neuen Leuchtturm konnte man vom Balkon aussehen. Die zentrale Lage eignet sich ideal zum Essengehen, oder für Ausflüge aller Art. Nachts konnte man hin und wieder draußen mal jemand gröhlen hören (was bei der Lage nunmal dazu gehört), aber auch nur weil wir die Fenster bewusst wegen dem leicht hörbaren Meeresrauschen aufgelassen haben. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist das Objekt sehr gut lärmgedämmt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft Freunden und Verwandten zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Es war bisher unsere schönste auf Borkum.

Eine schöne Dachwohnung mit viel Platz und einer tollen Lage. Ein Stellplatz für das Fahrzeug war im Hof gegeben. Die Wohnung war frisch renoviert und sauber. Für unser 20 Monate altes Kind war ein Baby Bett sowie ein Hoch-Stuhl vorhanden.

14 Tage Urlaub pur/ Juli 2018

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt . Ok, die 70 Stufen bis zur Wohnung waren jeden Tag mehrmals eine Herausforderung. Aber oben angekommen,wurde man mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Strand und die Seehundbank belohnt. Auch ist die Lage der Wohnung sehr zentral. Optimal für Familien mit Kindern, man spart lange Wege, ob zum Strand oder Einkaufen. Das Hausmeisterehepaar Zander war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Ein zusätzlicher Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern zur Strandseite wäre wünschenswert. Da bei unserem Aufenthalt das tolle Wetter die Dachwohnung doch sehr aufgeheizt hat. Würde die Wohnanlage gerne wieder mieten, dann aber eher eine Wohnung in den unteren Stockwerken :)

Schöne Ferienwoche mit unseren vier Monate alten Sohn.

Leider war die Küche nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Es fehlten uns konkret ein Sieb zum Abgießen und gute Messer. Außerdem wäre ein kleiner Tisch auf dem Balkon schön gewesen. Davon abgesehen war die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand. Und wurde ein Bett für unser Baby bereitgestellt. Auch sonst funktionierte alles reibungslos.

Sehr geräumige , gut aufgeteilte Wohnung . Meerblick . Gute zentrale Lage. Aufzug fehlt.

Wir ( 2 Personen) fühlten uns sehr wohl. Herrlicher Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt/Insel. Zentrale Lage. Kleines Manko, es fehlte der Aufzug. Das Bad sollte auch modernisiert werden und es war nur ein Wohnungsschlüssel vorhanden. Alles kein no Go, aber verbesserungsfähig.

Lage und Ausblick erste Sahne

Sehr großzügiges Appartement mit erstklassigen Ausblicken aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche. Grundsätzlich wäre ein Laminat- oder Holzfußboden sicherlich etwas netter. Der Vermieter war super nett, lustig und absolut zuvorkommend. Auf Borkum gibt es so viel tolles zu erleben, dass kann man nicht alles aufzählen. Die entschleunigende Insel schlechthin!!!
