Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig nach hinten. Auch der kleine Garten mit Sitzecke liegt gleich bei dem Eingang zur Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist teils altbacken, z.B. die Lampen....Auch eine dünnere Bettdecke wäre schön im Sommer. Wohnung hat viel Stauraum Würde sie wieder buchen. Für mich war die Matratze zu weich...Aber das ist bei jedem Hast anders....

Wir haben uns in dem Appartement an der Maybachstraße sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen. Bahnhof, Busbahnhof , Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, Bäcker direkt gegenüber. Kommen jederzeit wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in einer wirklich Top Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Bäcker, Bahnhof, Strandübergang oder auch die Friedrichstraße in wenigen Metern erreichbar. Sauna lädt zur Entspannung ein. Auch der Service wirklich top. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter:innen. Den Sternabzug beim Punkt Ausstattung gibt es lediglich fürs Nichtvorhandensein von Handseife und Spülmittel/Spülbürste, was ich mir bei der Komplettausstattung gewünscht hätte. Ich werde wiederkommen.
