Zum Appartement hinauf und in das zweite Schlafzimmer führen sehr steile Treppen. Ansonsten ist es ein wunderschönes Apartment. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr gut gemacht und hochwertig. Die Lage ist wunderbar strandnah, circa 200 m und trotzdem ruhig.

Die Lage zum Strand und zum Zentrum Westerland ist top. Die Lage an der Hauptstrasse Richtung Wenningstedt ist nicht romantisch aber kein Problem, man hört nichts oder wenig, Blick zur Düne, keine Meersicht oder Garten. Das Appartement ist schön, modern, sauber, es fehlt nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden/ werden es aufgrund der Lage gerne wieder nehmen.

Die Lage ist relativ ruhig, etwas außerhalb von Westerland, aber fußläufig erreichbar. Strand nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt... perfekt. Balkon klein, für 2 Personen ok, aber mit mehr Personen wird's eng. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Einrichtung, Küchenequipment alles topp! Ein Kosmetikspiegel im Badezimmer wäre noch gut... Schlüsselübergabe und Betreuung durch die Agentur König-Sylt sehr angenehm.
